3D Design
We offer services for all our clients project work including concept designs, structural design, manufacturing drawings and 3D Modeling. Using the latest drawing/modeling software our team can develop and prove extremely complex components in a 3D environment before starting any fabrication.
CNC Folding
CSF Have recently increased their CNC Press brake capacity this new investment can accommodate parts up to 3 meters in length while offering maximum precision for sheet metal work.
Laser Cutting
By combining the latest profiling technology and CNC programming software, high quality cut items can be profiled from sheet as well as sectional material. When combined with a sophisticated materials nesting package full utilization of materials can be achieved resulting in high quality cost effective production.
Fabrication & Welding
Our well trained and experienced welding team can weld in MIG, TIG and ARC. We use modern welding plants which allow us to weld a variety of materials.
